Returned call to this number after call was missed was answered with DBS greeting. Answerer claimed the call was a marketing call from DBS. First 4 numbers are the same as for DBS personal loans

DBS medical insurance plan. Sounds too good to be true. Refused to do at least a meet-up for further discussion as I said I wanted to view some legal documents about the plan for further consideration. He (?) insisted on initiating the plan over the phone in which I have to give personal details. I mean, regardless of whatever is the context, as long as it is legal documents, don't you have to at least see what it is before you sign or write any personal information??
